Question about evidence

Hello all, I am need of some help.

There is about a 3 year span from 2011 until now where I dont have any sort of evidence to show of my continuous residence other than hanging out with my friends and My step dad who can say i've lived with him. Here is my question, can i submit affidavits from about 6 different friends (all legal) and my step dad (also legal) that can vouch that I've been here the whole time? Is listing 2 events per month enough? Also, do the events I list matter? I live in las vegas and once i turned 21 i became friends with a lot of people who work in the nightlife industry so I was/am literally out 2-4 days a week at the nightclubs/restaurants/events. Not sure if that will look bad or have negative effect on my process.

Not enough proof, affidavits usually don't work well for proof you were actually here.

Best bet is to gather any receipts with your name on, facebook posts with location tagged, any bank statments.

When there's such a huge gap i would literally send ANY proof you can showing your name on it.

best bet is to search from anything you 've done online think really hard some will come out good luck!!

I was in your same situation where I didn't have any paper trail. No bills under my name or paychecks or a bank account, nothing. Except my PayPal account that was linked to my mother's bank. For my application I used PayPal statements as well my mother's Bank Statements (since it would show my full name whenever I would transfer money from my PayPal account to her bank account) and a couple of online purchases from ebay,amazon and paypal. Whatever I could find from my "online trail" and when I sent my application I did get a RFE letter, but it was only to prove my presence for June 15th where I ended up sending more PayPal statements, a Twitter post I made on that day, a video of myself showing that date and 3 affidavit letters (two from my aunts and one from a family's friend). I ended getting approved and I wasn't even going to apply to begin with, because I didn't think I could prove my presence here for 5 continuous years.

So find anything you can and you don't have to have something for every month each year (at least I know I didn't). Whatever you can find, use it. Good luck.
