Depends, this is unlikely given the politics of the situation and the recent statements by both Trump and other Republicans. No one really knows though.

You will not be eligible for advance parole if Trump rescinds DACA. Hopefully Congress passes a bill early next year to replace the executive order.

I can't believe it's almost 10 years since I've joined this site, and I can't believe we're talking about DACA being revoked. We've been semi legal for about 4 years now. There's no way I'm going back to not having any papers. Fortunately if everything goes good for me I'll start my adjustment of status process before Jan 20. I just need my work permit to remain valid for the time being. This whole situation is messed up man. So many DACA people don't even have the option to adjust because they entered without inspection. 2016 sucked!
