Hello I've been absent for awhile from here I hope everyone has been doing fine.

I was wondering if anyone has gone through something similar like me.

I was approved for both DACA/EAD late November and have yet to receive my Documents. I have tried multiple times to contact USCIS however all they tell me is that my card was "delivered" on 12/6/14. This is untrue. I have been checking the mail every single day and nothing has arrived. I have no idea what to do. I finally found a place on the USCIS website where you could send them a notice saying you have not received your documents but it says I might not get a respond till 1/10/2015. My old EAD card expires on the 1/3/14 and so does my state id/dl. I am going to start freaking out. I thought perhaps my documents were being delayed by the holiday craziness but I'm starting to think they either got lost or stolen in the mail. Please let me know if you know of anyone that has gone through this. I'm starting to think that USCIS is just going to make me pay the fee again which is a bit unfair since I did not lose my card I haven't even seen it once.

I finally got a hold of someone that actually listened to me. The immigration officer let me know that I would have to speak to someone at USPS, it's raining like crazy today down here and I'm going to have to postpone my visit. I will be calling a phone number I found on their website and see if they can give me a some info. The officer told me to wait a couple more days (It's been almost 3 weeks since I was approved) to see if perhaps my documents will arrive or "show up". I hope this happens or else she said I would have to file another I-765 and claim my card as lost and pay the fee again. :'(

I'm trying to stay positive and hope for the best.

I was afraid of that.

It's very unfortunate because I didn't lose my card I never received it but I guess I'm willing to pay since I have no other choice. I'm going to the post office tomorrow since by the time I get off work it'll close. I'm so drained atm and thinking of just going ahead and sending the i765 and fee again so the process will speed up a bit. smh :/

your mail might have been "undeliverable" and sent back. I have never received anything from them. If I hadn't checked my rep mail I would have never known my bios. they didnt update me that my mail had sent back until a day before my date. same thing with my acceptance letter. I'm a bit nervous that my ead card won't come either. you should ask both if it was sent back.

Thanks y'all! When I spoke to USCIS they told me to wait a couple more days to see if it's returned to them. I already called USPS and they opened up a case. I'm going to my local post office tomorrow and see if I receive any good news. Good luck to you racer x! This is unbelievable. :/
