Hi guys i have decided to share my story coming from Mexico to US at the age of 8
i will make it as short as possible.

I came to the US while I was 8 years illegally we did not get caught I been living here ever since. In 2012 I applied for daca my process took a little long maybe 6-7 months only because something had come out in my fingerprints and they needed to know why I had been arrested. I was arrested when I was 15 years old for getting in argument at school it was not a fight but an argument which caused me to get arrested and kicked out my high school at the time only because the argument that I had was with somebody so called famous at that time on Disney channel who went to my school so her “family power” got me be treated like I was a criminal . I got treated horrible I was lied to by the school when I went to the deans office l was told that I was going to go for a walk with the officer to talk to him about what happened but instead the school officer walked me to the front of the school where I was handed to a regular officer who then arrested me and took me in. I’m 15 years old they never called my parents they took my cell phone I didn’t know any numbers by memory just my grandmas who I had to think so hard for. I was arrested for 5 hours my parents had no idea where I was. Until I called him 2hours later after being arrested. But anyways I was under age so it didn’t really matter I had to go to court and fill out some paperwork to have it erase from my background. A month later I finally received my card. I had already been working at a Law firm with my “fake number” thank god they never used e verify . When I finally had my social it took me months to change it because I didn’t know how to tell my manager my number had changed I was nervous I didn’t want to lose my job. One day I just grew some balls lol and did it and said whatever is supposed to happen will happen. My manager made the changed no questions asked. It was such a big break I finally felt free.

Now its 2015 I am now 23 years old and still working at the same law firm. I renewed my daca last October and received it this past December process was super easy. This time however I got my daca for 3 years. Which is great it gives me enough time to try and get my green card together or hope for a law to pass and help us dreamers who came here without having a choice.

For the last months I have been planning to apply for advance parole to go and see my grandfather who is 89 years old and ill. As I stated in my previous post that I am having a hard time getting evidence from Mexico showing that my grandpa is sick. I know many people have commented on my post saying I am lying or to pay a doctor. However this is my dad’s family who during the years that I have been in the US have made them hate me for what reason who knows. Maybe because I am doing much better than them. I Have a great job, have my own home and car. Since the age of 20. I have been trying for months to have them help me they say they will and have stopped answering my calls. It makes me really sad to know that my dads side of the family really cant do something so easy as to give me medical records , a letter or something. I have ran outta options. None the less I still love them and ill never understand why they cant help me with this. Not only to give me the chance to see my grandpa who was like a father to me but also to help me down the line with my green card. I guess u can say they want to see me fail  .

I do however have pictures of my grandpa and I from my childhood and when he use to come see me before he got sick. I also have managed to get pictures from facebook that shows my grandpa looking really old, ill and in a wheelchair. I been thinking of just giving it a shot and applying and sending maybe an album of our pictures with an essay stating how much he means to me and how much it would mean to me to see him before he dies and also stating that nobody out there wants to help me and that i have tried. maybe when i am there i can bring a doctor on my own pay him to see my grandpa and maybe bring documents back. I know that the time will come where he will pass away and I know they will approve for a funeral however I don’t want to see him like that I want to be able to see him after 13 years old.

If anybody out there has send the AP application without any medical documents as evidence I will really appreciate if you could let me know. Do you guys think I have a chance with just pictures from back then and pictures now showing him in a wheelchair ? this will be one of my biggest dream ever to see him again. And having my dad’s side of the family not want to help me is only giving me more strength to get this done and make it happen on my own.

I will appreciate any feedback any similar stories with ap application with not a lot of evidence etc.
