With the news out today about the delay it confirmed some fears I had when there were rumors about Obama expanding Daca. Republicans were going to go harder against the program than ever before. I have no doubts that if they can get Dapa overtunrned they will go after Daca, it might take some years but they'll go after it. My message to you is to not fall into this comfortable space, have a plan b, plan c, and plan d. Save some money, learn about job opportunities in other countries because this program can and will probably be overturned if they have success with Dapa.

The back up plan is to keep advocating for the dream act, cuz, I don't have anywhere else to go to.

well in my humble opinion, I don't think DACA will be dismantled. I am sure that Jeh Johnson did his homework to advise Obama of the legal grounding in expanding DACA, so I would hang tight, I am optimistic DACA, DAPA and all other executions actions will go our way in the court, again this is just my two cents.

I'm definitely optimistic, I'm hopeful Dapa isn't shot down in the courts. I'm just injecting some cautious thinking into the conversation so people aren't caught by surprise.

some of you worry way too much, you need to calm down. its only a temporary ruling. the reason dapa was overturned a day before it started was to stop it from being a thing. once the ball starts rolling its going to be hard to overturn. its what the judge wrote about dapa.

Don't worry too much, you'll eff up your life worrying. I know I did... Luckily, I stopped and I'm rebuilding.

Not trying to be an asshole or anything but I don't see the poin of needing a plan a-z if DACA is dismantled the most logical thing to do is get married to a USC obviously you're girlfriend not just some random person, I don't see the point of panic unless you're planning on marrying someone who has the same status as you which is honestly just dumb

If they overturn the original DACA, it will be another civil war in this country. Of course DACA people will fight till we got this right.
