Expedite request?

You guys today I called USCIS and was transfer to an officer and the wait was pretty long so they have the call back feature, anyways I left my number and they called me back a few hours later. I talked to the immigration officer and told him my EAD expired March 6, 2015 and told him my job had put me on leave for 30 days. I told him I didn't want to lose my job and that me being a CNA that it was hard to get a good job (told him I love my job) and I have been really stressed about this whole situation. Anyways he said he was going to do an Expedite request, have any of you guys dealt with this and how does it work? Thanks in advance

They will forward your case to an officer to help you they normally get back to you wishing 5 business days

Expedite only works if you did so in 120 days, or before.

Oh okay so maybe they will give me good news in the next couple of days. I sure wish they would do the process faster for everybody not just me, there has been people waiting for their renewal for a long time.

Update- my card was order for production as of today 03/13/2015

I wish I could do something about it. I got mine in shortly after the 120 timeframe, therefore I'm fucked.

I did too, I sent mines 106 days left. I just kept calling and telling them the situation
Hopefully everybody's due on March get theirs soon!

I sent mine 110 days before -__- & the level 1 rep I had yesterday was on some they put a STOP transfer for a level 2 Rep on Fridays & assured me no one will help be because it wasn't 120 days. YEAAAAAAAAAAAh I expire Friday

some of them are so RUDE! and will just keep you from talking to a level 2 officer! but just keep calling until they transfer you! good luck!

Yeah that's true, I had some real rude ones also and I kept on calling to I got to talk to him. Goodluck
