So I am currently with Daca (19 yrs old) and I am getting married with my gf who is a U.S. Citizen and turns 18 in August (we are getting married a week or two after she turns 1.
first of all, with us being so young is this going to like bring any alerts or alarm anyone ?

Secondly, I'm looking to join the air force if I'm approved for PR. Can I do that with my conditional if given to me? Also how long is the process usually ?

Yes. You can join with conditional. It can take anywhere from 3-6 months.

If you guys have been together for a long time, you should be okay. You may need to get some items placed under both of your names to prove you are together as well (bank accounts, a lease, etc. ) If I were you, I would look into what an interview looks like when you marry a citizen.

The longer you have been together, the better it will look (in my opinion). Like I said, you will need ample proof of your relationship and need to be able to pass an interview about your relationship.

The conditional PR can take up to 6 months (maybe more) from what I've heard, if you are adjusting your status through marriage to your gf.

Let me know how this works out for you, my bf and I are thinking about doing the same thing, minus the air force part.

If anything, seek advice from a good immigration lawyer - that's my next move

age in general does play a role in the amount of scrutiny you'll receive - age differences, for instance. In this case, it could be argued that she was a minor while you were dating and she didn't know you long enough as an adult so you married too soon after meeting.

But hey, if it's a real marriage, go for it. Just know that people who get married that age, even when the green card is not an issue at all usually end up getting divorced and/or destroy their lives.
