Hey everyone!

For those who have been following my case you know my DACA was terminated after Trump was elected.

The reason being a 10 year old DUI ( I'm assuming) they never explained why. My DUI has been expunged for a few years now! For those that don't know.

Please don't lecture me on my past mistake or how horrible you think people with DUI's are.

I made a mistake & I learned from it.

*********************
Thanks to everyone with their wonderful ideas. I was able to contact ACLU they file a lawsuit against the government. Apparently I was not the only one with a Notice of Termination with no explanation.

I was lucky enough to be in touch with a wonder person from ACLU.
ACLU won the lawsuit! I contacted Kathrine because I didn't get any letter from the government to see if I qualified for that lawsuit.

She got in touch with me last week.

Today 5/25/18 10:30 p.m. OC, California
I received this

New Card Is Being Produced
On May 25, 2018, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number WAC********* and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

It would only be for 45 days since I was supposed to expire this may before they terminated my DACA.

Last time they lost my work permit, so I hope it doesn't happen again.

I will be applying for a renewal once I get my work permit. I hope I get approve again!

That is all!
I feel alive again,happy!

Don't ever lose faith.

I came here when I was 2, I came in legaly, had daca since 16 and never run ins with the law. Now when I say you broke the law I mean in a intential way. I’m just pointing out we now as adults are accountable for our actions. I can care less for grammatical errors.

Congrats on coming here legally. I can see how that has helped you out in life so far. If you read through Viks posts from the past you can see he really paid the price for his dui. He fully accepted that he lost his daca. A lot of dreamers were actually sympathetic towards him. So it's kind of odd that now he gives a good outcome and you want to shame him like if you were his parents.
