Received I 821 approval and EAD card. Never got I 765 approval.
Who else is in the same situation?
So I did my renewal. I got only I 821 approval letter and EAD card.
The first time I applied I was mailed approvals for I 821, I 765, and EAD card. So as the second time of renewal came I expected to receive all 3 things. I called USCIS, they told me to fill out a form and the fee was around $405
. At least I have , I 821 and EAD, right now. Has anyone renewed without having the I 765 approval letter? Or is there any consequences not having it?
I'm just worried I would need it for the future renewals or if they ever asked for more proof. I really don't want to pay $405 lol specially when I didn't loose it myself just never got it in the first place.
