I applied on May the 5th.
Application submitted the 5th.
Biometrics: May 25th
Sept 13 still waiting.
I have called USCIS many times. I have also submitted inquiries about my case. I have also submitted a Ombudsman Inquiry. My daca expired on Spet 8. Good thing my job will give me my position as soon as I get my permit. Is there anything I can do?

I have a feeling that they are using the following as an excuse for the delay:

Here is what USCIS said:U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that your case is currently pending adjudication. However, we have had to perform additional reviews on your case, and this has caused a longer processing time.

It's not only their new ELIS system. Last year I was approved in 206 days.

Same status. Unfortunately all they tell is to wait. Has anyone done anything different to speed up this process?

Is weird. My EAD arrived on July 27th, but my I821D case states it is still being processed, and never received my I821D Approval Notice.

I called, and they told if I received my EAD, then my I821D was approved. I'm like, "well of course, I know that! Where is my I821D approval notice then?"

Office couldn't grasp what I was trying to explain. He kept assuming I was still talking about EAD.

Ugh, seems this time around USCIS more hectic than ever.

I hope you get your EAD soon. I read this on there USCIS website "Please note that the 90-day period for adjudicating Form I-765 category (c)(33) filed with Form I-821D, requesting deferred action for childhood arrivals, does not begin until we make a decision on your request for deferred action."

Basically its saying the day your DACA gets approved then the clock starts for the 90 days for your EAD based on your approved DACA which is category (c)(33)
