This came out yesterday. The I-821D application was updated on 2/2/2017. The new one has an expiration date of 01/31/2019. Now I realize that they can cancel the program at any point in time and the expiration date would no longer matter. But why would they update the I-821D and put out a new form YESTERDAY if that leaked EO was going to be signed? What do you guys think about all of this?

Did you notice any other change besides expiration date?

I just looked at it and everything looks the same I didn't see anything different or extra. Except the expiration date.

OBM EXPIRATION DATE HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE USABILITY OF THE ACTUAL FORM.

It would've happened eventually anyways until the form would be pulled. They do constantly update the form for the 1986 amnesty even though people who can get that via a few class action lawsuits like ABC settlement agreement are somewhere in the lower single digits.

Some forms are used beyond expiration too! USCIS kind of slacks on some of them.
