Which EAD card should I show to employer?

So as I stated in a another post, I just accepted a job.

My current EAD expires in 4/17, but I just got renewed and waiting on the new EAD which I'm assuming is post dated from 4/17.

So back to original question. Should I just send employer both cards, even though one isn't valid yet, or just the current one that's expiring soon?

Why send both? Because I kind of want to put them at ease - even though it's against the law to discriminate based on expiration date - with my 4/19 expiration date lol.

All suggestions would be awesome.

I figure my question will be common on this board since post dated eads is a new thing now

I don't see why not. Give them both so they don't bother you for another 2 years.

NVM, i saw on the other post that somehow USCIS is sending EAD's that are not valid until the other one expires. Super weird.

I would send both. I think it would give them piece of mind. Congratulations on the new job!
