Does anybody happen to know if I need to be a resident or a citizen to work at the airport?
I am looking at a job for a restaurant at the airport but I am unsure if I need to have anything other than a work permit.

Thank You!

Considering the sensitivity of airports and the possible issues with DACA, it might be best to not take employment at one.

You could work at an airport under DACA. Just probably not TSA and them sort of jobs but a restaurant definitely.

It's been my experience that if a job requires that you are a US citizen it will specifically say so in the job description. I'll be the #1 requirement. Even if they don't, just apply. Don't let your DACA status stop you from appying to any job you want. The worst thing that could happen is them telling you can't work there. No biggy.
