Ok guys I been reading here and other pages and the requirements for aos with visa b1 overstayed are

•Copy of Passport Non U.S citizen
•Copy of I-94

i only have my B1 expired in 2012 guys, What passport and i-94? I don't think i have non of those

You need to get a passport,

I-94 is prove you came here and were inspected. Literally the most important thing you must have.

Find it,

else I think there is ways of obtaining those records through the CBP. Also, I know now you can retrieve them from online but you need your passport number I think.

So the i-94 is a prove i was inspected? But I would just come to U.S showing my b1 visa nothing else. So if I don't show any i-94 during my application I can't qualify?
