Ok so I need a Advice on something. My uncle who had some sort of permit given to him by I've I belive back when he was arrested for no licsences I think it was due to him having a USC kid . He Help my parents get an apartment a few years ago . Well I found out today that his renewal was denied and that he'd just have to continue checking in with his probation officer . He had no removal order or anything like that. I guess what I'm asking is are my parents at risk ? He has his own house and I'm sure all document regarding his case go there but still. Do you guys think they'd go looking for him there if anything hit the fan ? Any response would be great thank you

Wait, he bought an apartment for your parents? and this guy (uncle) might be put on deportation proceedings?

Hmmm I would think there is the possibility.

No one can help you with this because no here knows exactly what the guidelines to be prioritized will be. At this point it will be up ICE discretion so its really anyones guess

According to the newly implemented guidelines, your uncle could be removable considering he is on probation. ICE, at their discretion, will target a specific individual, but will also consider removing other individuals at the residence.

Dependent on the information given, ICE will target at that location.
