You are all lucky I have no criminal record not even a ticket and it's taking forever I filed a service request last month nothing. Also this is the first time I don't use a lawyer I did it my self I double checked the forms everything was correct if this wait is becuase I have no legal representation I'll always use a lawyer if there is a next time.
