I submitted an initial request on august 2016 through my lawyer. She did not do a good job and I received an RFE for both i821d and the i765.

I replied to both RFEs, and they received each on January 31 2017 and February 7 2017 respectively. I already contacted my congressman but they replied in the same generic way they always do. So would it be a good idea to contact the ombudsman to hurry them up?
