I'm not a lawyer, but my wife is becoming one. It crossed my mind that some DACA recipients might be able to sue government under certain conditions, such as Property ownership. If you own property in the US or paying out mortgage, government is threatening to take it away from you. This bring up monetary damages to the picture. Basically government is trying to take away rights which have been legally granted to you.

5th amendment

"....No person shall be . . . deprived of life, liberty or property without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation...."

If you have more ideas on how to sue the government over taking Daca away, please post it here.

"..without just compensation...."

Wonder what they'll do with a crap load of mortgage doomed to foreclosure now, not to mention loans, credit card bills, etc with no way to pay...

Nothing is more American than suing. Maybe they’ll make us citizens then.

This is just one instance I can think of to make a claim. This could be a class action suit by the way. If anyone has any more ideas to it please post them. I think law suit could be based on taking away privileges which have been legally granted by the government in first place.
