They oppose the bill every time until the final hour to get what they want. Same shit every time. They know how to play politics and use their leverage to get what they want, unlike the democrats.

McCarthy on if there are enough votes on the GOP side of the aisle to approve the bill: If it was a Republican-only bill, you wouldn’t have to negotiate with Nancy Pelosi.
This is the best chance to get Ryan to commit to bringing a fair daca bill to the floor.

But even if they do promise how do we know it won’t be a bad bill?

The Freedom Caucus is the biggest bluffer in politics.

They always bluff until the very end, then they follow in locked-steps with every other Republicans.

The last two times they also opposed the budget deal, and at the very last moment they voted for it. Which was why Schumer had to bail out because the House already the CR last time and he couldn't continue the shutdown for very long without it looking bad for us.

This is the only time they have officially gone on record to oppose.

Pelosi on if House Democrats will vote for the budget deal: I have no idea where members are.

There will be a house revolt. I hate when leaders pretend like they can’t whip NO votes easily

Sorry, bash me as many times you may want, but I won’t sing any praise until I see any results. Enough talk and more action.
