No. Paxton et al, scheduled the hearing against DACA for the end of July. Trump wants immigration wrapped up in the spending bill in August. These things aren't just coincidences. It's the collusion between the Trump Administration and the Texas AG that Durbin talked about. It's using DACA as a bargaining chip
