Pretty fair in my opinion, but it only covers DACA, legal visa holders who came as kids, and contingent nonimmigrant status individuals (which is daca). Only covers the current Daca undocumented population so Democrats are expected to refuse the deal.

The one things that I am afraid of is that we wont be able to adjust if the border wall doesnt get funding in a given fiscal year, and we all know as soon as Dems take congress they wont fund it. I guess the limbo never ends

They plan to allocate 5 years worth of green card visas to this program. Basically, during the time individuals are on the visas, they will be using that time to store GC spots.

So we work for 5 years, then apply, and since most likely all 800k will apply, only 50k will get a green card so then we have to wait another year to see if we luck out next time we apply, and so on until after 20 years everyone is legalized...wow..please tell me I read it wrong.
