I have a quick question regarding the new questions on the i-765. I was EWI but I have traveled using AP since and I was issued I-94 number after my last renewal. On the form i-765, it asks you for the date and place of your last arrival as well as the I-94 number. Should I be including my last arrival using AP or my first arrival as EWI? Also, have we reached a concession on needing to include passport copy or not? I don't mind including mine but it has the wrong address, so I'm considering not sending mine.
