Testicular pain

Woke up this morning with major pain on my right testicle, it hurts to the touch. Any idea what it is?

Could be testicular torsion. Does not happen in adults frequently but it is possible. Keep an eye on the pain. If it gets out of control go to ER. Hopefully it's nothing and you just squished it during sleep.

Just touched my testicle at work and it hurts badly as I'm sitting down.

Take some over the counter pain killer. If tomorrow you wake up and still have the same pain, go to the doctor. Comfortable or not, you have to.
