Does anyone know if there is a waiver to adjust status without leaving the country?

I’m aware of i601 but that’s to renter the country without a bar right?

This is with respect to i140 application with hardship waiver. I’m wondering if there is a waiver to adjust without leaving the country and rentering.

Not really, no. In your case there's only 245(i) which you're either covered under or you're not. Only way to acquire 245(i) coverage these days would be to marry a primary beneficiary of a petition from before the sunset date and apply as a derivative on their AOS.

There are a few other ways to bypass the bar without having to leave:

IR petition (overstay only)
VAWA
S/T/U visa
Cancellation of Removal
Asylum
SIJ
MAVNI

601A approved but you also only have to stay outside of USA for just the interview so it is not that long. This waives the 3/10 bar.

245i grandfathered can do it here without leaving and also if you marry a USC. Are you over 21?

Other options that Demise listed.
