“Now a student at the University of Texas, Paz is working toward a degree in management information systems. But as early as this month, the U.S. Supreme Court could issue a decision that would mean the end of deferred action for Paz and hundreds of thousands of other young immigrants.“

This says SCOTUS could decide DACA case as early as January?? Some one chip in, I expire this September and plan on sending app at end of month, what should I do, save my money or take a chance??

Your money is useless if you lose your source of income and become at risk for deportation. Send that in, yesterday.

Mines is still pending but if they decide to screw us over then I'm well and truly fucked.

SCOTUS isnt ending DACA, SCOTUS is arguing if Trump has legal right to end DACA.

Why people here want another term of Trump is beyond me

It could be anytime between now and June. I doubt it would be this month, since there’s the impeachment trial going on and Justice Roberts is busy with that.

Everything I’ve read says a decision could come as early as spring or early summer. The earliest being March. I’ve also read the SCOTUS process and according to according to supreme court.gov “The Court maintains this schedule each Term until all cases ready for submission have been heard and decided. In May and June the Court sits only to announce orders and opinions. The Court recesses at the end of June, but the work of the Justices is unceasing. During the summer they continue to analyze new petitions for review, consider motions and applications, and must make preparations for cases scheduled for fall argument”
