Hello friends, I am a DACA recipient and I just wanted to start a new thread about parole in place.
Parole in Place was recently signed in to law in late December 2019 by Trump and I hear nothing in the news about it before it was executive action from Obama.
I have a daughter attending a Service Academy and I am in the process of getting my parole in place through her. PIP will give me a legal entry to the USA without actually leaving the country. After that, I should be able to AOS when she turns 21.

This program is only for direct family members of military personnel. I just wanted to share the info.

Let me know if you have any questions I am still in the process but confident I will get it.
