Anyone experienced missing their biometrics appointment?

Just received my biometrics appointment today in the mail and realized that it’s a day after I arrive from my trip in Vegas.

Me being an over thinker started to worry about flight delays and cancellations and if my flight should be cancelled I’m scared I’ll miss my appointment the next day at 8 Am. (My flight is due to arrive home the day before at 8pm)

Anyways, have any of you guys missed your biometric appointment or had to reschedule?

The letter you got has a guide how to reschedule but I’ve read people here saying they had success with walkins with out appointments

No, but my suggestion is that you go in before your trip. Just go and nicely ask if they'll let you in early. If they ask you why, simply explain that something came up and you will be away for a few days.
