Has Anyone applied for AP based on Work?

Guys i would like to know if anyone has experience applying for AP based on job offer abroad?

I know someone who is getting job offer in her home country? She is concerned if she can apply for AP?

I have done it twice before successfully. The first time I was interning abroad and submitted the intern offer, keep in mind this was when AP first came out for daca. The second time, they also approved it for a contract position overseas for a few months. Is your friend thinking of working overseas for a long period of time? If so, that’s not really how AP works.

No she is only planning to go for 4 to 6 months.

I applied back in 2016 to travel to Brazil for work related matters. It got approved but I ended up not going. they only asked why i was going, whom would I meet with while there. It was very straight forward.

like job letter etc.?

Just a letter from HR the business reason and area where I would be going.
