CA Stimulus

I'm kind of confused... Here in CA if you meet the qualifications make $1 to $75k a year and filed you taxes for 2020. Are we supposed to get $600 if you qualify for Golden State Stimulus II..?

And said I qualify but have not received anything yet. Does it matter that I have daca?
When are we supposed to get the funds?

I received mine mid September, $600 via direct deposit. It doesn't matter that you have DACA, just a valid SSN and your 2020 taxes filed before the deadline.

Nope. That was the first round. But if you do, you get more money if you didn't qualify for the first.

Its my understanding that if you received the first stimulus, you will not get the second stimulus regardless if you meet the income criteria.

UNLESS you claimed dependents on your tax returns than YES you will get the 2nd stimulus. You will also get the 2nd stimulus if you didn’t get the 1st one.
