@camiloreports
DACA case update: U.S. Judge Andrew Hanen, who ruled DACA was illegal but left the policy intact for current recipients, says there are "no more procedural barriers from this case progressing" and instructs attorneys to propose a schedule to resolve "pending matters."

For context, Hanen is expected to rule in the future on the legality of the Biden administration's DACA regulations, which recently replaced the 2012 memo that first created the program.

The regulations are virtually identical to the 2012 memo Hanen previously ruled was illegal.

It really is now or never. Republican House won't let anything through, but then again, the Democrat Senate has 2 Dinos in it too.

Rumor has it Hanen jerks off nightly to the thought of us losing out work permits. Fucker won't leave us alone. He should go do something else.

Lawyers have to respond by 12/16 with a proposed schedule, it will be interesting to see if the daca lawyers want the case to move fast or slow, seems like Hanen is not fkuing around anymore and wants to take care of business asap.

I think the more realistic scenario is that daca ends sometime next year and at that point it would be really up to mccarthy to bring up a bill or not, but since he does not give fkuc about daca, the future does not seem very promising

C33 will bounce to SCOTUS where it will be killed.

if they let our EADs fade we can at least survive until Trump comes back and tries again to save us.
