70 days… AP

70 days here since I applied for advanced parole and no updates…. Ugh frustrating. Is anyone here still waiting ? Is there anything I can do ?

You can try putting in an expedite request by calling uscis. If that doesn’t work, try an ombudsman request. Last resort try contacting your congressman/senator through their website.

Have you gotten any updates regarding your AP?

I know few people who got their AP in 120 days lately.

I know most of cases takes at least 3 months (90 days)
