My Air BnB in Miami

Hello Dreamers,

I recently purchased a condo in Miami, Florida, Brickell to be exact.I bought it mainly for myself but I will be renting it out on air bnb/vrbo when I am not there since I live and work in CA. Therefore, if anyone is visiting Miami in the near future and is interested please let me know. I would be willing to rent it to anyone from this forum directly from me for a discount price without any additional fees.

I am currently furnishing it and should be ready in about 4-6 weeks.

The Condo:
• 1 Bedroom 1.5 bathroom loft. It is an open bedroom concept overlooking the living room. (2 stories)
• 1 King Size Bed and very nice high end furniture, all brand new.
• Washer and Dryer inside unit.
• Parking spot on the 1st floor of garage included.
• Great location, right outside of Brickell City Center and 15 min drive to Miami Beach, airport, Wynwood.
• Amazing views from the 46th floor overlooking downtown and the Miami River.
• The Condo includes 2 pools and a gym and it’s located in a great neighborhood.

I will add that this is my second home and is a very nice condo building that is quiet at night time, therefore, no loud music or noise is allowed after 10pm. If anyone Is familiar with Brickell, you know what I mean.

Overall the place is amazing, great for a couple, friends, or single person who’s traveling to this amazing city. For anyone who’s never been, I highly recommend it.

I visited Miami last year and I was disappointed. It has turned so ratchet by many 18-25 year old obnoxious tourists. I remember few years ago it wasn't like that. I would feel so comfortable wearing a thong bikini at the beach, but last year, I felt so uncomfortable by the stares, comments, and I even got spanked by some asshole, who just took off running. ugh!

I visit Miami at the end of July. I am staying with family but I am curious what is the discounted price?

Thanks, I agree, south beach but mainly Ocean Drive can be very ratchet like you said. Im starting to stay away from the tourist spots and go more to the local spots. Try going to South Pointe beach next time, that's where the locals go and much cleaner as well. Another reason why I got a place in Brickell, much better neighborhood compared to south beach.

Not sure if it will be ready by the end of July, due to some delays in some of the furniture but you can PM in a few weeks to get an update. The discounted price would be about 175-200 bucks a night on average but I would hook you guys up just depends on the length of stay.

Oh I see. How do you manage to keep ratchet people out?

That daca is gonna be canceled in July I don't know what to do i'm freaking out here
