Glad to see this finally released.

He stepped back on UAFA, which wasn't cool.

I'm disappointed that he didn't come out against family detention centers, and I'm still unsure what he means by undocumented immigrants waiting in line behind people who immigrated legally for citizenship. He keeps saying that, and it doesn't make sense. If he said Green Cards, sure, but is he suggesting that a person's past immigration status should continue to haunt them even after they have received a green card and waited five years to apply for citizenship? I honestly don't think he's saying this, but the way he's stating it is confusing. I wish he would clarify. As for UAFA, it was disappointing as well...is there a reason that there should be more fraud prevention with legislation for same sex partners than there already is for opposite sex partners? Obviously no, but I wish he would clarify what the hell he means by that, too, because that's how I'm reading it.

Other than that, I'm good with most of his responses. The Sanctuary is AWESOME. Shows what a bunch of bloggers can do.

There's a reason he's keeping things vague, similar lines have been touted from the republican camp so at this point they don't really have anything to latch on to, nitpick and then attack him with. But at the same time it also gives him leeway to really do whatever the hell he pleases once elected to office.

On the flipside, do politicians ever keep their word?

I don't believe anyone would mind if we had to wait five years as long as we have legal status the rest is bound to happen. I would be thrilled to be a resident I can wait five years as long as I can do something with my life.

i can wait ten. just being able to do live freely without fear and do everything everyone else does (with some exceptions) would be a blessing. I've been here 19 years, I've waited that long in worse conditions, so 5 years of being in status would be a breeze.

grrrrl...I'm making a website. It's called theobl.com (don't go there! it looks like crap...okay now you're going to go there, aren't you).

If you can make some money exchange hands between yourself and the electric company and get my power back on, then I'd be on it, because I already have content ready to go. I had power for one day after Ike, and then it went out again. ): Fate is cruel.
