I got a request for initial evidence on April 15th. It was for the medical examination form I-693 which I did on September. The letter is asking me to mail to Missouri (850 NW Chipman Rd, Lee’s Summit, MO 64063 to be exact). In March I got a letter stating that my case had been transferred to a field office. The letter this not explicitly state what field office it was transferred to but at the bottom of the letter it said:

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

San Bernardino Field Office – District 44

995 Hardt St.

San Bernardino, CA 92408

So I am guessing it was to that one.

Is it normal that I need to mail form I-693 all the way to Missouri?

MO is where the National Benefits Center is located. sometimes cases get transferred there if there's a backlog in other offices.

It's likely your interview is waived since they requested you send in the Medical Examination. Otherwise, they usually request you bring it with you to the interview.
