Affirmative Action ruled unconstitutional, how does DACA survive?

i dont think they are mutually exclusive.

The way SCOTUS is ruling on immigration, it seems they are giving the power to the executive branch on prosecutorial discretion.

say what? Which decisions are you reading? The only recent on on executive power stripped it away (student loan forgiveness).

Both the gay/graphic designer and the student loan cases had no standing. It was made up. Who gives a shit what some lower court thinks when SCOTUS has decided standing is no longer needed?

okay then. SCOTUS is ending DACA in late 2024/25 if thats what you want to hear.
