DACA eligibility for felony

Hi,

I was arrested for felony violence a few months back, and I received a detention certificate saying that the arrest was for detention only and heard from the courthouse that no charges were filed at that point.

I have kept the copy of the original arrest report as well as the detention certificate.

When I apply for DACA renewal, do I need to provide them with my application? Also am I still eligible for renewal?

Provide them and whatever document that says that no charges were filed.

Yes you are eligible to renew. You were never convicted.
