Lost work authorization card

I received my work authorization letter on April 8 TH from Nebraska center. It came in envelope with tracking. I waited for card and never got it. After 2 service requests immigration are insisting that card was also in envelope. My only option now is to pay again. Has anyone else had this problem?

Didn't have this problem, have you gone to the postal services to verify if they received any returned mail or check with neighbors?

It happens. You will have to pay again to get a replacement. It sucks.
