I graduated High School in 2003, went to a community college for 3 1/2 years and got my Associates in Arts and Sciences Degree in Education. Then I applied to a four year University, however for obvious reasons i was not accepted. Its been almost six years since I graduated High School. If the Dream Act is passed will I still be able to benefit from it?

By the way I have my degree but im not able to work in my field. I do housekeeping, my back hurts!! But i don't whine about it, it helps me stay fit. But this is not what i grew up wishing to do and I know theres is hope for all of us who wish to make this a better country.

I Hope the US give us a chance to achieve our dreams.

Exactly what I said. '15 or younger' is the same thing as 'under 16'.

If you were here before the age of 16 you would qualify for immediate legal status and then you will just have to wait 5 1/2 years to apply for Permanent residency which could then be counted toward U.S Citizenship.
