Hello dreamers,
I know most of dreamers here are young but I just wonder if dreamer married with someone who is undocumented but not eligible for dream act or married with someone who is documented but temporary such as F1(student) B1,2(visit), or have kids are they also consider for conditional residency or no way?

No, not under the DREAM Act, though talk lately is to try comprehensive immigration reform first. That would probably deal with the issue you're asking about.

C PR is just like P PR. But I am not sure if you can sponsor your dependants. If yes, they should get some kind of temporary visa.

No, I'm pretty sure that those with conditional residence aren't allowed to sponsor family members, only those that have PERMANENT residence or are USC are able to.

And if DA passes, I doubt it'll cover anyone but the person eligible. It won't matter if you're married or have children.. Though once you become a permanent resident, you can file for them.
