just for thinking its fake, if it 100% real though its like you have to prove something is real and thats not always 100% even if your telling the truth i am confident on proving it though.

If it is considered fraudulent then it is a permanent bar w/deportation.DOJ rarely pushes for jail time unless it has been a common occurence. It is because it would costs even more money to the government then just removing you.

Bottomeline is that you can't get the benefit in the US unless the person is a US citizen AND the person was at least previously inspected or is grandfathered under 245i currently.

It is possible for a permanent resident to petition their spouse for a green card. Keep in mind that in order to obtain a GC through a PR spouse, you must wait for a visa to become available. The wait time depends on which country the intending immigrant is from.

The likelihood of being approved differs from case to case, and it depends on how the intending immigrant entered the US, if he/she has been deported (or deportation orders)/voluntary departure, if he/she has a criminal record, etc. It has nothing to do with whether the petitioner is a USC or simply a permanent resident.

If you are denied, I believe you can appeal the decision, but check with a lawyer to make sure.

If you marry a permanent resident, let your spouse apply for citizenship then have him/her petition you and the wait is short and the process is easy. An associate of mine did just that recently and he said it was straightforward.

It depends on how you entered the US or if you're under 245i.

It is only possible through a US citizen immediate relative[including spouse] afaik, unlawful presence is not forgiven through Permanent resident petitions for those whom are visa overstays if petitioned for as a spouse.

I forgot to mention you and the spouse have to be at least 18.
