Can any Dreamer from Illinois e-mail Dick Durbin to ask for a clarification of Dream Act's text about initial entry and the break in presence that happened before 2005? Senator Durbin would reply only to Illinois resident's inquires. Immigration lawyers can't give a straight answer on this question and only the bill writer himself could.

Please use the following form to ask the following question.

"Under Dream Act, can a illegal immigrant who first arrived before 16, have a US high school diploma or GED, and has not left the US for 90/180 days after 2005, still qualify for Dream Act if they have a break in physical presence larger than 90/180 days prior to 2005?"

A lot of people's future depends on the answer to this question.
