ITIN and CA intern number BBS

Hey hows everyone doing.
I am a new member and like many of you I'm an AB540 student...frustrated but patiently waiting

I was wondering if anyone out there knows of anyone who has been able to get an intern number from BBS (California board of behavioral sciences) as an MFT (marriage family therapist) using the ITIN in place of the SSN? Desperately seeking answers... Oh also has anyone been able to do a background check with the ITIN or simply without the SSN (using livescan)?
