No. The degree first of all must be obtained in the US. Also, the Dream Act does not cover students who have been deported.

No. The Dream Act only applies to people who are in the US.

There is a proposed amendment for deported people who entered before 10 and were deported less than 3 years ago, but it's not in the bill.

I thought if it was over 16 that applies?

And if you were never deported but left voluntarily?

Voluntary deportation carry its owns risk. I'm just hoping that there's some leniency for everyone.
