Need Your Help, So I Can Help!

i need someone, preferably someone with an extensive knowledge of the dream act and its impact on society and the economy to write me a script that i can broadcast on the radio.. i belong to a radio club at my high school and i could add a quick segment that my conservative town can listen to. im sure they won't be happy but i want to inform them about the facts of the dream act.. please nothing completely biased.

i was thinking i can stream it on youtube as well and chain the video..

please help me out!! i really want to give back.
