This link compares both bill from the senate and the house on the second page it talks about the retroactive benefits. Can someone look at it and see if it's true or if misunderstood it.

as i understand it, those with the education/military service don't have to anything. further, i think that those over 30 can benefit if they have the two years. the age limit blows like there is no tomorrow.

No, if you are over 30 you don't qualify even if you have a degree.

That just means that if you have completed 2 years towards college already then you are still ok. This does not help the folks over 30 though.

Wishful thinking for me but 30 and over are not eligible because you have to complete Section 4(a)1. This means you have to meet (F) which has the age cap. This has not changed at all.

yeah. just saw that. before the 'f" wasn't included. sucks i tell you. true treason to the cause. and don't pay attention to vj2. he is an idiot and only care about himself. and last time i checked, a 19 year-old isn't a minor. why not 18 then?

If they remove F then people with degrees will qualify. If only.....
