I want to start a LLC , I have a online store and its doing good, I want to see if I can get a loan to open a store here. I would need a small loan, I'm not sure how I could do this I have a ITTN so I can report taxes but I need help for the process and which banks I could use because some require you to be a U.S citizen, or legal resident.

Andy Shallal's small business is a rare success in a sea of hard-luck stories.

The owner of several popular bookstore cafes, called "Busboys and Poets" in the Washington area, Shallal said his annual revenue tops $14 million.

But the success hasn't persuaded his bank to give him the loan he wants to expand two of his stores and add 40 employees. Shallal said the only way his bank would lend him money was if he used his home as collateral

Its ok if I can't get a loan, I just want to establish a LLC. I could probably dish out some money to expand, I just don't want to risk all my cash.

Hey 01234 I will PM you

If you're serious about getting this going, hit up the small business development centers in your state. States fund small business consultants, they're usually on University campuses but you can communicate with them through e-mail, phone, etc. Get your business up and going so the government can have some more tax money !

This two sites will help you a ton on getting money for your business.

This is a angel investor group that helps small business. Give them a call and if I bet they can help. http://www.accionusa.org/

This website is amazing it helps you build a business plan and a strategy to ask financiers (not investors so you only have to pay them back not give them dividends) they put you on their pool of financiers and they give you a process to make sure you succeed. If you complete all the process let me know I may be able to be a financier. http://www.profounder.com/
