I am getting married to my boyfriend who is a citizen in US.
I am undocumented and we live in Washington State.

Well, getting married it says we need to first apply for the marriage license.
And on the application it doesn't require anything but a license.
But after we get the license, to get the marriage certificate, what kind of documents would they ask for???

Please Help.

Hey, plz ignore the above comment. Dude needs to take a chill pill. Anyway, congrats on getting married. I'm not at all familiar with the process but it seems like nothing can stop you now from becoming legal. Just wait for someone with experience on this to respond. They will as soon as they see your thread. Till then, try doing some research online.
Start from here: http://shusterman.com/greencardsthroughmarriage.html Good luck!

LOL, at above comment... about LD. I think he is funny so it never bothers me... but anyway... each state is different... by going to the local court house you should be able to get all your answers. If you cant get in because of id or what not, just have your bf go in there and find out for you.

I hope that you came in with a visa and overstayed... if so your road to a GC is a lot easier than those that just came in wop. Anyway gratz on getting married... i wished you both a life time of happiness...

D.

If one is overstay then the process is quite simple and actually the road to citizenship is just 3 years.

You're asking very specific information that depends on the local county in your state. You might start you search here and go from there.
