I honestly don't think so, but am not sure. I was almost going to take a class on that, as I'm in the tech field. I know you put test, but would you be taking just the test or a class too?

There are different schools that offer the test and class too , for cash. I'm not sure how the certification would work out after you pass for A+.

This might sound obvious, but maybe you could try calling and asking.

A little digging got me this for Comptia A+ exam:

"Candidate Testing Policies

OUT OF COUNTRY TESTING
Only citizens of said country may sit for CompTIA Exams in that country. Non-citizen candidates must seek prior CompTIA permission to test out-of-country by submitting a request to examsecurity@comptia.org and providing the proper credentials. The CompTIA Security Team will validate each request on an individual basis prior to allowing registration.

I'm not sure how they will verify if you are a citizen or not, but everyone has the right to not provide their Social Security Number.

Most likely they will just be looking for a photo ID, but this is just coming from me so you might need to ask around.

I took this test in my sophomore year of high school (it was part of the curriculum.) I am 99% sure that they do not ask for it. Wasn't an issue for me though (I'm a citizen.) I'm also located in New Jersey. Not sure if that makes a difference. Good luck!
