Chase, BAO and Wells fargo are doing it BAO is the most expensive of the 3 at $5 the other two are charging $3 .

I moved to a Credit Union and very happy i did so!.

Go to a credit union. Bank can't push their fees on merchants anymore so now they're passing them onto us. Bull. I'm at a credit union and couldn't be happier.

Last i heard Wells Fargo was only doing it in certain states before doing it in all of them, and from my understanding Passport would work at a credit union as long as you have an ITIN.
