how can i obtain Arrest Record?

i need Arrest Record...where do i obtain them?

So, I assume you got arrested for driving without license base on your older thread. If you had went to court and paid the fine, you should be fine. You won't have any criminal record.

This isn't entirely correct. The state the OP lives in makes a huge difference as some states (RED states) consider this a misdemeanor criminal act.

For this deferred action, there is a big chance that any misdemeanor involving driving without license will not count against you. So, don't lose sleep over this.

I agree with you on this, actually. I just didnt want to tell the OP that he doesn't have a criminal record. That's all.

i went to the department of justice site for california and they show u a list of places that can do ur fingerprints and shows ur cumulative arrest and what not...it was 50 bucks and it took about 2 days to get results back
